Candid Health is on the lookout for skilled Account Executives to enhance our growing sales team as we expand our innovative healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. As a Series C company, we are at a pivotal moment—broadening our reach with ambulatory practices and health systems nationwide while developing the robust sales infrastructure needed for our next growth phase. This role is high-impact and visible, directly aligning with Candid's go-to-market leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales with traditional healthcare providers, managing a portfolio of several hundred accounts across the country.
- Qualify and successfully close complex, multi-stakeholder strategic deals, including high 6 and 7-figure enterprise opportunities.
- Nurture relationships within complex healthcare provider organizations, engaging with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants to lead coordinated deal strategies, translating provider pain points into compelling business cases and tailored, outcomes-driven solutions.
- Act as a vital member of a cross-functional growth team, ensuring that field insights inform product development, delivery, and go-to-market strategy while consistently surpassing pipeline, revenue, and growth targets.
