Experience & Education: You possess at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role and have completed a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Psychology, Statistics). Market Research Expertise: You are familiar with various market research methodologies and data landscapes such as Nielsen and GfK; knowledge of Qualtrics or SPSS is a plus. Analytical & Systematic Thinking: You have strong analytical skills and can systematically grasp complex interconnections. Organization & Independence: You work in an organized and independent manner, maintaining an overview even with multiple projects running concurrently. Communication & Presentation Skills: You present results persuasively and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

About the role

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: In this role, you will create category-specific standard and ad-hoc reports, analyze diverse data sources, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance Category Management. Your insights will form a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making.
  • Market Research Consultancy: You will assess suitable market research methods and vendors, advise internal departments on the best approach for each inquiry, offer allocation recommendations, and coordinate market research projects with external institutions.
  • Independent Execution: You will develop questionnaires with and for specialized departments, solicit proposals for sampling, manage quotas, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Insight Generation: You will evaluate study results, integrate them with additional sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, Nielsen, GfK), present them in a target group-oriented manner, and deliver clear recommendations for action to the relevant departments.
