Soho House & Co. is seeking a part-time Club Host for Soho Beach House Miami. This role is central to the guest experience, serving as a first point of contact for members, guests, and staff. The Club Host greets arrivals, manages calls, and coordinates reservations for both Club and Food & Beverage operations. Strong organizational skills and a friendly, professional approach help set the tone from arrival through departure.
Experienced Club Hosts may also help train new reception team members, sharing knowledge of Soho House processes and service standards. Comfort with the phone system, a welcoming attitude, and attention to detail, especially in managing reservations and table readiness, are all important for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests by name when possible, and ensure new arrivals feel welcome.
- Handle high-volume phone lines, answer questions about menus, hours, amenities, and manage reservations for the restaurant, roof, and cinema.
- Book reservations for the Club and restaurants, and support Food & Beverage Managers with service standards.
- Communicate with guests on calls and in person with warmth, accuracy, and discretion.
- Work closely with the reception team to deliver excellent service and manage guest expectations.
- Build relationships with members and guests, sharing feedback and concerns with management as needed.
- Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional atmosphere in the Club.
- Take on other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
