Role Overview: Senior Care Solutions Specialist (Remote)
The Senior Care Solutions Specialist guides families through their early conversations about in-home, non-medical care. Most client interactions happen over the phone, with some communication by email, chat, or text. The role involves understanding client needs and explaining how Home Instead supports seniors who want to age at home.
This full-time, hourly position reports to the Sales Manager and follows a set schedule. Team members work every fourth weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotation, and evening and weekend availability is required.
What You Will Do
- Connect with potential clients, mainly by phone, to assess their needs and describe Home Instead’s services.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction is accurate, empathetic, and high quality.
- Meet daily outreach and conversion goals in a performance-driven environment.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales playbooks and strategies for the team.
- Mentor Care Solutions Consultant team members.
- Work with marketing and product teams to design and test new services or products. Deliver initial pitches, gather feedback, and help shape future offerings.
- Adapt to new workflows or products, handling complex client scenarios independently while balancing business needs with empathy and trust.
- Lead detailed conversations to uncover deeper client needs and decision-making factors, aiming for optimal satisfaction.
Schedule and Work Environment
- Remote, full-time, hourly position
- Consistent schedule with evening and weekend shifts required
