Role Overview: Senior Commercial Account Executive (Remote)

This Senior Commercial Account Executive role focuses on new business sales to companies with 750 to 2,000 employees. The position sits within our Commercial Sales team and reports to a Commercial Sales Leader. The role is fully remote; candidates in the Tri-State area may choose a hybrid schedule at our New York City office.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
  • Target and engage prospects at companies with fewer than 10,000 employees, specifically those with 750-2,000 employees
  • Build and nurture new business relationships
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Handle RFPs and deliver tailored presentations that communicate Spring Health’s value
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Represent Spring Health solutions with expertise and professionalism
  • Travel occasionally for team or company events as needed

Work Location

  • Remote within the United States
  • Hybrid option available for candidates in the Tri-State area (New York City office)
