Role Overview: Senior Paid Acquisition Manager

This hybrid position is based in Berlin. The Senior Paid Acquisition Manager leads Kittl’s paid acquisition strategy, with a particular emphasis on improving Paid Search results. Managing significant monthly budgets, this role drives subscription growth through data-driven decision making and creative experimentation.

Ownership of Google Ads performance is central, including campaign restructuring for better scalability. The manager works closely with design teams to test and refine creative assets, ensuring algorithms are optimized for conversion. Maintaining an aggressive growth trajectory while meeting strict CPA and ROI targets is key.

What You Will Do

  • Revitalize and Scale Paid Search: Take full responsibility for Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display). Analyze accounts in depth to improve results and enable scalable growth.
  • Oversee Multi-Channel Strategy: Manage six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta, ensuring effective allocation for maximum blended ROI.
  • Lead Experimentation: Build and manage an experimentation roadmap. Run A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to boost conversion rates and lower CPA.
  • Analyze Data: Use insights from data to shape strategies and optimize performance across all paid channels.
