Role Overview

This is a 4-month fixed-term contract for a Social Accompanist (M/F) based in Antibes. The role focuses on assisting young users to build autonomy and support their personal development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead individual and group support sessions in line with project goals and supervisor guidance.
  • Process housing applications and prepare for housing allocation committees.
  • Offer initial welcome, orientation, and conduct social assessments.
  • Develop personalized integration plans for users.
  • Facilitate constructive dialogue in a variety of situations.
  • Monitor user integration and housing management on an ongoing basis.
  • Serve as a mediator between users and public service providers.
  • Advocate for users and negotiate with decision-makers on their behalf.
  • Organize individual and group activities such as meetings, workshops, events, and follow-up sessions.

Additional Tasks

  • Compile administrative files for agreements, access rights, and housing.
  • Carry out mediation interventions as needed (correspondence, inquiries, procedures, accompaniment).
  • Help prepare activity reports and administrative summaries for institutions or organizations, working with your supervisor.
  • Ensure residents comply with operational regulations.
