Role Overview
This is a 4-month fixed-term contract for a Social Accompanist (M/F) based in Antibes. The role focuses on assisting young users to build autonomy and support their personal development.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead individual and group support sessions in line with project goals and supervisor guidance.
- Process housing applications and prepare for housing allocation committees.
- Offer initial welcome, orientation, and conduct social assessments.
- Develop personalized integration plans for users.
- Facilitate constructive dialogue in a variety of situations.
- Monitor user integration and housing management on an ongoing basis.
- Serve as a mediator between users and public service providers.
- Advocate for users and negotiate with decision-makers on their behalf.
- Organize individual and group activities such as meetings, workshops, events, and follow-up sessions.
Additional Tasks
- Compile administrative files for agreements, access rights, and housing.
- Carry out mediation interventions as needed (correspondence, inquiries, procedures, accompaniment).
- Help prepare activity reports and administrative summaries for institutions or organizations, working with your supervisor.
- Ensure residents comply with operational regulations.
