As the Lead Learning Program Manager at Ridgeline, you will be pivotal in enhancing the Education Services division within our Customer Experience team. Your mission will be to design and implement high-impact learning programs that equip employees, partners, and customers with the confidence to utilize Ridgeline’s multi-tenant, public cloud investment management platform effectively. Collaborating closely with business leaders and subject matter experts, you will transform strategic objectives into scalable training initiatives, certifications, and enablement resources that drive adoption and elevate customer success. You will harness cutting-edge learning technologies and AI tools—such as ChatGPT and Claude Code—to optimize curriculum management, enrich training experiences, and continuously refine the effectiveness of our educational programs.
