The Learning & Development Specialist, based in Dublin, plays a key role in designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical staff. This position shapes learning experiences across the organization and ensures that training programs meet business needs and reflect industry standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Design and develop course content and training programs for a range of audiences.
  • Manage the Moodle learning platform to support training activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, making sure they are delivered on time.
  • Track and report on participation, progress, and training outcomes.
  • Support onboarding processes and role-specific training pathways.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses using data and input from stakeholders.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the overall training strategy and address general learning needs.
  • Monitor industry trends to enhance learning materials and methods.
  • Align learning solutions with business objectives and performance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and company policies.

Requirements
