Role overview
The Manager, Managed Services oversees a team dedicated to delivering syndication and managed services for Salsify’s brand clients. This role centers on scaling service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction, and ensuring expertise in content syndication, product data management, and Salsify administration. The position also involves supporting the evolution of managed service offerings as AI-driven workflows and automation advance.
