Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field. Proficient in MS Office applications. Fluency in both English and Greek. Familiarity with manufacturing concepts is essential. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, make decisions, and solve problems effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous. Basic knowledge of German is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled Material Planning Administrator to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and organizing production schedules within our manufacturing facility located in Xanthi, Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to translate the material requirements plan into Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Work alongside procurement and production planning teams to ensure all material plans are current and responsive to changes in material needs.
  • Execute routine tasks to convert planned orders into purchase requisitions (PRs), including the management of material planned requirements.
  • Monitor purchase order statuses, inventory levels, and production requirements, and implement follow-up actions to prevent material shortages that could disrupt the production schedule.
  • Effectively communicate with the responsible Division to provide necessary information for the creation and maintenance of detailed material planning parameters in the MRP system.
  • Initiate actions as required to optimize inventory management while minimizing material scrap and waste.
