Join Devsinc as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and leverage your B2B sales experience to drive growth in the North American market. We are looking for a passionate individual with 2 to 4 years of expertise in outbound sales and lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound outreach, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and pipeline creation. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Development teams to deliver high-quality leads to our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to identify key contacts and companies across North America (U. S. & Canada) and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa).
- Implement effective outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for generating leads and booking qualified meetings.
- Execute structured email and call sequences for consistent follow-ups and meeting arrangements.
- Engage with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and map out decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMOs, and Heads of Engineering.
- Qualify leads using MEDDICC-light/BANT methodologies prior to handoff.
- Nurture cold or unresponsive leads through systematic follow-up campaigns.
- Schedule 2–3 qualified discovery calls daily for our sales team.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), aiming to deliver 8–10 SQLs monthly as defined by management.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on Devsinc’s offerings and the North American market.
- Keep accurate CRM records to track outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and outbound strategies.
