Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strategic partnership roadmap for key clients, ensuring alignment between long-term business goals and company growth strategies, with a focus on comprehensive development, co-development initiatives, and multi-title collaborations.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner at the executive level for key accounts, fostering trust among C-level executives, influencing key decisions, and positioning Sperasoft as a strategic ally rather than just a vendor.
- Oversee intricate, high-stakes deal cycles from start to finish, encompassing structuring, negotiation, and closure of multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts including outsourcing, co-development, live operations, and publishing support.
- Assume complete P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth, margin enhancement, cost management, forecasting accuracy, and financial risk oversight.
- Formulate and implement account growth strategies, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and innovative business models such as revenue sharing and co-investment.
- Monitor portfolio performance across various engagements, ensuring excellence in delivery, scalability, and adherence to client KPIs and internal profitability benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Production, Talent Management, and Executive teams to develop engagement models, optimize resource distribution, and guarantee the successful execution of complex development pipelines.
- Engage with corporate legal teams on contracting issues.
- Establish structured account governance frameworks, including executive business reviews (EBRs), risk management protocols, escalation processes, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Mentor and guide junior account and business managers, imparting best practices in client relations, negotiation, and strategic development.
- Represent Sperasoft at industry events, including key client meetings and conferences, enhancing brand visibility within the global game development community.
- Lead the creation of strategic proposals and impactful presentations tailored to executive stakeholders to secure new partnerships and expand existing ones.
- Facilitate internal coordination and organizational readiness for large-scale partnerships, including onboarding, team scaling, and operational integration.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and the competitive landscape to proactively refine partnership strategies and uncover emerging opportunities.
