Role overview
The Product Manager, Analytics, leads the entire product lifecycle for analytics solutions at Profound. This position shapes product ideas, drives execution, and delivers features that make a difference for customers. The role has a direct impact on both the analytics product line and the company’s broader direction.
What you will do
- Own analytics products designed for marketing teams to measure brand performance on AI answer engines.
- Manage core offerings, including Answer Engine Insights (AEI), Agent Analytics (AA), and Prompt Volumes (PV).
- Define and refine metrics related to brand performance, share of voice, and content health.
- Work closely with customers to ensure analytics tools provide actionable insight into AI presence.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features that distinguish Profound as a central resource for brand analytics in the AI space.
