Requirements: Must be passionate about supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience and teamwork skills. 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and pass a Tuberculosis test if the last one was over a year ago. Pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding.

In this impactful role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are well-prepared to assist each child, regardless of prior experience. The role can be physically demanding, requiring you to be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting or carrying objects and children up to 50 pounds.
