We are currently seeking experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyors to become part of our expanding team at any of our seven Missouri locations.
Position Summary:
As a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), you will play a vital role in leading and executing land surveying operations for diverse public and private sector projects, which include boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proficient in contemporary surveying technology, and dedicated to delivering exemplary results that enhance engineering and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage land surveying services across various civil engineering projects.
- Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.
- Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and survey drawings, adhering to state and local regulations.
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS land title, right-of-way, and construction staking surveys.
- Interpret construction plans and engineering documents to direct survey operations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and relevant laws.
- Review and certify final survey documents with PLS stamp and signature.
