Qualifications
Your Responsibilities
Lead new business development and oversee the entire sales process for Unity's advertising solutions.
Establish, nurture, and expand client relationships while delivering strategic advice on user acquisition and monetization.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal, operations) to create customized proposals and solutions.
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to uncover optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the local go-to-market strategy as the dedicated sales representative in Korea.
What We Seek
Experience in AdTech or mobile marketing, particularly in user acquisition, monetization, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
Demonstrated sales expertise in managing pipelines, recognizing growth opportunities, and closing deals.
Business-level proficiency in English with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Analytical and results-oriented mindset, capable of interpreting and utilizing data effectively.
Proven experience in client-facing roles and thriving in multi-stakeholder environments.
Additional Qualifications
Existing client connections are advantageous.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
