Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive outbound calling to generate demand for our sales and channel teams.
- Engage potential clients through diverse communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Initiate and foster meaningful conversations with individuals that represent targeted buyer personas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet individual and collective sales targets.
- Track and manage account information, prospecting, qualification, and nurturing activities within Salesforce.
- Achieve monthly KPIs including leads converted to sales qualified opportunities and meetings set by sellers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
