The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the crucial first point of contact in the sales process, playing an essential role in generating new business. At memoryBlue, you will open doors by researching, connecting, and initiating conversations that lead to valuable opportunities for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct research to create targeted prospect lists who would benefit from our clients' technology products or services.
- Engage with prospects through personalized outreach to discover sales opportunities.
- Qualify interested prospects and transition them to the next phase by arranging meetings with the client’s Account Executive.
- Continuously enhance your sales development skills while exploring exciting career paths in high-tech sales.
Training:
All new Sales Development Representatives at memoryBlue embark on their journey with a paid entry into our Prospecting Principles training, which equips you with the tools, skills, and strategies necessary for long-term success.
- Kick off with a 4-day Bootcamp led by expert facilitators, engaging in hands-on learning and real-time role plays to master core prospecting fundamentals, leaving you with a comprehensive Prospecting playbook and call templates.
- Following Bootcamp, you will spend the next twelve weeks applying what you have learned in Foundations sessions that include coaching, call breakdowns, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.
During this journey, you will also work towards earning your Certified Sales Development Rep credential, validating your skills in cold outreach, list building, email and voicemail strategies, and objection handling.
