Key Responsibilities:Engage with senior-level executives at Mid Market organizations (100-999 employees) to build a strong sales pipeline for our Mid Market Account Executives. Conduct thorough research to develop and implement strategic outbound sales plans by identifying target accounts and generating opportunities. Educate potential leads about the comprehensive suite of ZoomInfo solutions, emphasizing how our offerings address the challenges faced by their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Assist prospects in understanding the tangible business impact ZoomInfo can provide, ensuring discussions are grounded in their specific needs and obstacles. Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders to enhance confidence in the value ZoomInfo delivers. Qualifications:1+ years of experience engaging with Mid Market-level organizations, demonstrating a knack for identifying opportunities and connecting with decision-makers. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas succinctly and persuasively to senior executives across various departments. Capability to evaluate prospects’ needs, tailor outreach, and discover high-potential opportunities that align with their business challenges. Experience in designing, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan that yields results. A proactive approach to understanding market trends, customer pain points, and organizational shifts to enhance outreach effectiveness. Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is advantageous. Adaptability and a talent for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
