Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales Team to effectively convey the Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to our customers. Lead and develop a team of individual contributors, enhancing the adoption of Datadog solutions within customer accounts. Oversee resource allocation to ensure peak productivity and engagement within your team. Assist in recruiting top talent in your region and mentor new hires during their onboarding process to facilitate skill development. Empower your team with the necessary skills to support all Datadog solutions, both technical and interpersonal. Forge strong working relationships with Product Management, Support, and Enablement to ensure a seamless transition between pre-sales and post-sales activities. Conduct performance reviews and work collaboratively on individual development plans. Who You Are: Possess 1-3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a Sales Engineering team, and 3+ years in a client-facing Sales Engineering position or equivalent. A coachable individual with a strong desire for professional growth and the ability to adapt to change. Demonstrated success in developing and mentoring a team. Experienced in recruiting both individual contributors and frontline leaders. Familiar with current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies. Capable of designing and executing evaluation plans with customers while guiding others in the process. Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate both business benefits and technical concepts.
