Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to enhance and optimize our sales organization. This pivotal role bridges strategy, analytics, and practical sales execution. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to boost performance, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales leadership in annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota establishment.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing conversion rates, productivity, and revenue growth.
- Create dashboards, forecasts, and reports to monitor pipeline health, achievement rates, and essential KPIs.
- Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market analyses as required.
- Continuously refine and improve sales processes across the sales pipeline (lead to opportunity to close).
- Ensure CRM hygiene and data integrity for accurate reporting and consistent utilization.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and optimize tools, workflows, and automated processes.
- Facilitate deal execution by assisting with approvals, discount evaluations, and deal desk activities.
- Act as a strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate leadership objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Contribute to sales enablement projects, including documentation, playbooks, and training resources.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects in alignment with leadership priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–4 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data interpretation and clear communication of insights.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
