Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential and growth opportunities. Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers through daily interactions, presentations, and regular visits. Prepare commercial offers and manage contracts to meet sales targets. Seek out and pursue new business opportunities leveraging your technical sales expertise in IoT and networking. Represent Teltonika Networking Solutions at exhibitions and meetings abroad. Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer needs. Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Identify potential leads and connect with new clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Support the complete sales cycle in the East African market. Requirements:Proven technical and sales experience in IoT with a focus on networking solutions. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a successful track record. Strong understanding of customer relations and a passion for B2B sales with an active approach to business development. Hunter mentality with a proactive stance on identifying and closing new opportunities. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Organized, results-oriented, and driven by challenges. Ability to adapt quickly and make independent decisions. Ambition to generate substantial earnings by capturing foreign markets with innovative products. Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
