Role Overview

The Salesforce Technical Architect will manage a complex Salesforce ecosystem that includes Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, e-Commerce, and integrations with Microsoft D365. This position shapes architectural standards, mentors developers, and influences the direction of a platform central to Axon's mission.

Location and Office Schedule

  • Location: Hybrid from one of Axon's US offices (Atlanta, Georgia, United States)
  • In-office expectations: 4 days per week (Tuesday through Friday)

What You Will Do

  • Define and oversee Salesforce technical architecture, setting standards for design patterns, data modeling, integration strategies, and platform security.
  • Lead architecture reviews for new features, integrations, and modifications to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Manage integration strategies between Salesforce, Microsoft D365, revenue systems, and other enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven methods.
  • Implement and maintain coding standards, DevOps practices, and release management protocols.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver effective solutions.
