For more details, visit www.catalyx.ai.Position Overview:As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional lifecycle services to regulated and high-risk markets. Our partnerships with life sciences and other regulated sectors focus on improving operational efficiency and achieving success. You will work with Emerson DeltaV and other control platforms to facilitate automation projects and support production operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and maintain automation systems utilizing Emerson DeltaV and other DCS/PLC/SCADA platforms.Oversee the entire automation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support.Produce comprehensive automation documentation such as functional design specifications, testing protocols, and configuration records.Engage in system testing activities including FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ.Assist manufacturing operations by diagnosing and resolving automation system issues.Collaborate closely with operations, validation, and engineering teams to ensure the compliant delivery of systems.Provide on-call support for critical automation systems as needed.Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the automation domain.Qualifications:Extensive experience with Emerson DeltaV or similar DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.Strong understanding of automation lifecycle processes.Proficiency in developing technical documentation and specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.Prior experience in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
