Join Convera as a Senior Business Development Manager in our Perth office, where you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our sophisticated commercial payment solutions, including hedging and foreign exchange services. As a global leader in international business payments, we empower organizations to navigate the complexities of global commerce with ease.
We seek dynamic and results-oriented professionals who are passionate about building strong relationships with corporate clients such as import/export firms, multinational corporations, universities, and NGOs. Your objective will be to identify and meet their international payment and hedging needs, ultimately driving new business revenue.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Convera’s value proposition to develop a robust pipeline and attract new clients for our B2B division.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue targets, reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, referrals, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Employ sales tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, and ZoomInfo to effectively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to the client account management team.
- Introduce clients to relevant support functions, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Corporate Hedging Managers (CHM), and Sales Leaders.
- Engage with a diverse range of clients, from startup founders to C-suite executives.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all sales activities and client interactions within Salesforce.
- Conduct market analyses and attend industry events to stay abreast of market trends.
- This position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of work from home and time spent in our modern Perth office.
