Role Focus: Senior Data Scientist, Ecosystem Health
This position centers on Ecosystem Health, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape metrics, design and analyze experiments, and uncover insights that guide product direction. The work aims to improve user retention by building a safer, more authentic community, proactively preventing harm, strengthening identity trust, and empowering users in their safety experiences. The team also adapts to changing regulatory requirements.
The role sits at the intersection of AI/ML, fraud prevention, risk management, and trust & safety. Strategies and innovations from this group help ensure authenticity, reduce harmful behaviors, and build user confidence worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Define and monitor key product metrics with cross-functional partners.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to understand the effects of new features.
- Perform deep data analyses to clarify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and help shape product strategies.
- Build dashboards and tools that help teams track metrics and make informed decisions.
- Support the development of best practices within the Data Science team.
