Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DOCreate and maintain electrical system test strategies and plans for a diverse range of Anduril products. Conduct electrical compliance and robustness testing, including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-1275.Design and implement electrical system integration test benches (Iron Bird/Copper Bird/Lab Car). Assist in decomposing test requirements from vehicle level to component level. Oversee coverage and analysis of failures observed during unit-level, integration, and system-level testing. Devise solutions for test failures, ensuring compliance and enhancing reliability. Conduct integration testing of electrical subsystems and verify their functionality. Utilize data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures. Support environmental reliability testing (HALT/HASS) at the PCBA and LRU level. Develop tailored harnesses and fixtures for EMI/EMC and power quality testing. Contribute to the validation of automated test systems.
