This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.
About the Team and Position
The Nurture team is a talented and humble group of professionals with diverse backgrounds in Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, dedicated to enhancing our core product: a communication platform that ensures the right message reaches the right person at the right time through the right channel. Our focus includes a range of communications, from marketing to transactional messages, delivered via email, SMS, and push notifications. You will engage deeply with machine learning and LLM tools as we develop the next generation of AI-powered communication products.
We seek highly intelligent, entrepreneurial, and diligent individuals who are passionate about working in a product-driven technology company to elevate customer experience. If you have a solid background in software development, proficiency in system design and architecture, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, you may be an excellent fit. Ideally, you are enthusiastic about constructing robust, scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and witnessing your technical architecture come to fruition. You thrive on swiftly addressing high-level technical challenges autonomously while fostering strong relationships with product stakeholders.
