The Role

As we continue to expand, we are excited to welcome a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven analytics team as a vital member of our growing Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics unit. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain the data infrastructure essential for our global salesforce and leadership, with a strong focus on collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Navigate ambiguity by converting unclear or complex business objectives into clear, actionable analytical frameworks and dashboards.
  • Independently gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, analyze their needs, and translate those into scalable technical tools and processes that align with broader business objectives.
  • Develop tools that empower our GTM teams to make data-driven decisions and enhance productivity.
  • Design reporting frameworks that facilitate data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to provide data-driven insights into sales performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Manage concurrent projects across various responsibilities, ensuring effective prioritization and tracking of progress.
  • Regularly review, update, and audit key sales dashboards that monitor pipeline, productivity, attainment, and other critical metrics.
