Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting on pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and performance metrics. Ensure the integrity of sales data within CRM and associated systems, validating accuracy and consistency. Assist in managing sales processes such as territory alignment, account assignment, quota tracking, and pipeline management. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational workflows, system updates, and documentation of processes. Examine sales data trends and deliver insights to inform business planning and strategic decision-making. Contribute to the development of dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership. Support system advancements, testing, and user acceptance processes concerning sales tools and reporting platforms. Document standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established processes and controls. Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs. Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a related role. Progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, finance, or a related analytical discipline. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools. Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting data and effectively communicating findings.
