Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience).5 to 10 years of experience in managing and supporting SharePoint environments. Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and configuration. Hands-on experience with both SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. Strong knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance measures. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams. Fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

Join our dynamic IT team as a Senior SharePoint Administrator. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to manage, configure, and maintain our SharePoint environments effectively. Your deep technical expertise in SharePoint combined with your strong problem-solving and communication skills will be crucial for ensuring seamless operation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of SharePoint environments, including both SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
  • Set up and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and user permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Establish and enforce SharePoint security policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Conduct regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans, ensuring they are tested and effective.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint with various applications and services.
  • Create and update documentation for SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide expert technical support to IT staff and end-users on SharePoint-related matters.
  • Lead SharePoint migrations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint and related technologies.
  • Mentor junior SharePoint administrators and other IT personnel.
