8x8 Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive the growth of our strategic alliances with key technology partners. As a pivotal member of our business development team, you will play a key role in defining, developing, marketing, and supporting innovative integrations of 8x8’s premier cloud communications platform with prominent CRM, ERP, and sales and marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise, extensive experience with major CRM and ERP platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in selling and supporting SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison with CRM and ERP partners, adept at capturing and communicating integration requirements, managing certification and qualification processes, and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Empower internal sales and marketing teams, as well as partners, to effectively position and sell our integrated solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify solution requirements, use cases, and pain points.
- Oversee customer pilots and beta programs to ensure successful implementation.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and requests from the customer support and sales teams.
- Assist in joint marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars and trade shows.
- Provide sales and solution engineering support for strategic sales accounts.
