Role Overview: Senior Staff Product Manager – Content Hub
Nu Holdings is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and grow its new content hub. This central platform will feature exclusive content from key partnerships and offer an e-commerce experience for branded merchandise and collaborations. The content hub is designed to become a core channel for engaging fans, launching new experiences, and supporting product adoption as the brand expands globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end operational owner of the content hub, overseeing everything from partner and supplier relationships to execution.
- Define and implement the operational model in collaboration with Product Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Tax, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience as the content hub scales internationally.
- Launch the first version of the content hub, featuring exclusive content and merchandise from global partners such as Mercedes, AMG, Petronas F1, and Inter Miami CF.
- Iterate on the platform to establish it as a primary marketing and product engagement channel.
Team and Level
This position sits within the Marketing organization and collaborates closely with Product Operations, Product Management, and Partnerships. The Senior Staff (IC8) level offers significant autonomy and visibility within the company.
