The Role

As a Services Engagement Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer success by delivering the complete value proposition behind a Veeva Vault Product Implementation. This role is essential for guaranteeing successful project execution and is a key component of the sales cycle, acting as a solution expert in synergy with the Veeva Sales and Services Teams.

We seek a candidate with a strong passion for Software Implementation and a robust background in Life Sciences Sales. You will be responsible for designing the optimal implementation strategy, setting clear expectations, and determining project timelines and costs. Key deliverables include RFx Responses, Proposals, and Statements of Work, along with recommendations for implementation partners and strategic team alignment prior to project initiation.

This is a full-time, remote position with Veeva, requiring customer-facing interactions. There is no location requirement as long as you are near an airport and can accommodate future travel needs.
