Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our team to ensure exceptional customer service, meet operational goals, and adhere to company policies. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while supporting the Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations. In the absence of store management, you will direct team activities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
