Your Role – Staff Data Analyst - Customer Experience:

As a Staff Data Analyst, you will take the lead in generating actionable insights and comprehensive reports that enhance management's ability to provide outstanding customer experiences. By analyzing billions of data points created as millions of customers engage with Coupang's offerings, you will uncover valuable insights that address complex business inquiries and deepen our understanding of customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide innovative customer experience metrics and insights to optimize shopping experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, program managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Compile and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports, working with cross-functional teams to extract valuable insights and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Serve as a thought leader in e-commerce and fulfillment service analytics.
