The Role:
As part of Forge’s quality engineering team, your mission will be to enhance product quality. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards, focusing on our customers, and upholding our values of being bold, humble, and accountable.
We are looking for a Staff Quality Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and ensuring the quality of large-scale, complex financial trading systems. This position will be part of our trading team. We seek a senior, technically adept, and customer-centric candidate who embodies the Forge values. The ideal candidate excels in collaborative environments and is driven by the success of those around them through effective communication, delivering exceptional product experiences, and making data-informed decisions.
Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. Once we establish our office in Denver, we will require hybrid attendance on-site at least 9 days each month.
