Job Title: Staff Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: Houston/ Hybrid
Reports to: (Sr. Principal, CX Operations)
Overview:
As a Staff Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in scaling and enhancing Conga’s Customer Success division through operational excellence, data architecture proficiency, and strategic insights. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership to design and optimize systems, processes, and analytics that bolster customer engagement throughout their journey, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.
This role integrates strategic planning, systems thinking, and analytics. You will partner with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure our customer data, tools, and reporting facilitate proactive engagement and drive measurable business results.
