Role Overview
The Station Manager / Property Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands joins the Operations team to help shape the experience for Fastned’s customers. This role ensures safe operations, a clean and well-maintained environment, and full compliance with operational standards at all Fastned charging stations in the assigned region. The Station Manager reports to the local Senior Operations Manager and supports them in all operational matters.
The work area covers more than 230 stations across the Netherlands and Belgium. The position is based in Belgium, with offices in Ghent and Brussels, and involves regular travel to the Amsterdam office.
Main Responsibilities
- Contract Compliance: Monitor adherence to contracts, local regulations, and Fastned’s internal operational guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams during major tender openings to ensure stations meet all requirements from the start.
- Operational Performance & Customer Experience: Conduct regular inspections of station equipment, cleanliness, and appearance. Address issues promptly and ensure stations are ready for seasonal changes. Track waiting times and recommend upgrades or expansions based on performance data. Take action to improve the customer experience wherever possible.
- Performance Reporting & Data Management: Keep detailed records of outsourced activities, reported issues, and their resolution status. Maintain consistent and accurate documentation.
