Key Responsibilities:
1. On-site Technical Support
- Providing technical assistance and oversight at construction sites during the application of Sika systems (additives for concrete, repair mortars, waterproofing membranes, sealants, flooring systems, etc.).
- Diagnosing and resolving product performance issues in collaboration with clients, contractors, and Sika's technical department.
- Conducting field tests and evaluations of new or existing products.
- Preparing detailed site visit reports, summaries of tests, and recommendations.
2. Technical Support in Design Phase
- Assisting consultants and engineers in selecting Sika system solutions, preparing specifications, work estimates, execution details, and installation instructions.
- Maintaining and developing partnerships with consultants and engineers through continuous planning, meetings, and promoting Sika solutions.
- Ensuring solutions comply with relevant EN, ASTM, ISO, or local standards.
- Preparing technical data sheets, declarations of conformity, certificates, and other technical documentation regarding product compliance with local and EN standards.
3. Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Conducting technical training for Sika customers, contractors, distributors, and internal staff.
- Organizing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
- Participating in Sika Academy training sessions and contributing to technical materials and manuals.
4. Collaboration and Feedback
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and research & development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Gathering and communicating field feedback on product performance and market trends.
- Supporting product launches and assisting in the development of local testing protocols.
