This position is perfect for individuals with extensive experience in implementing complex on-premise and SaaS Actimize solutions and a passion for leading high-performing teams in regulatory compliance projects.
We need a hands-on leader who is adept at working with intricate Actimize detection logic, customizations, configurations, and SQL queries. If you thrive on solving challenging problems, managing motivated engineering teams, and enhancing enterprise-level compliance platforms, this role is tailored for you.

How will you contribute?
As a Technical Manager, you will lead a team of talented developers in implementing Actimize solutions. You will collaborate with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), architects, and business analysts while working on the latest Actimize products.
Your work will significantly impact major financial institutions as you guide teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions for AML, Financial Crime, and Payments Fraud across international markets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of engineers focused on Actimize implementations, customizations, and configuration tasks.
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of releases by managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and quality standards.
- Serving as the technical SME and primary point of contact for the team.
- Collaborating with R&D, Implementation, and Customer Support teams on a global scale.
- Participating in recruitment and team growth initiatives.
- Ensuring high chargeability and productivity for yourself and your team.
- Supporting career progression for team members through mentorship, training, and challenging assignments.
- Conducting proactive performance management, including one-on-ones, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Ensuring high-quality engineering practices across all delivery phases.
