We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Manager to enhance operational execution and drive change initiatives within Owl’s regulated payments environment. This pivotal role exists at the intersection of operations, technology, vendor management, and control execution. You will be tasked with identifying operational challenges, spearheading process improvements, and implementing targeted system or workflow enhancements while coordinating cross-functional efforts across key services and vendors to ensure Owl remains scalable, well-governed, and prepared for regulatory scrutiny.
This position involves close collaboration with Financial Crime experts specializing in KYC/KYB onboarding and AML/CFT transaction monitoring, alongside teams in Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Finance. This role is not purely technical or advisory; it is a hands-on operations position focused on translating operational challenges into actionable process and tooling improvements while managing incidents, ensuring service continuity, and upholding operational governance.
