Confidence in resolving technical concerns and understanding warranty procedures. Fluency in German and English (additional languages are advantageous). Experience working with a high-performing, collaborative peer group is beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently with a proactive and flexible approach. Personal qualities of integrity and credibility.
