Role Overview

The User Acquisition Specialist (Performance Marketing) will drive user growth through a mix of acquisition channels: paid ads, affiliates, influencer partnerships, and organic initiatives. This role uses data to guide decisions, optimize spend, and align user growth with business goals.

This is a fully onsite position based in our Lisbon office. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is central to the work. Relocation assistance is available.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies using channels such as paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing, and referral programs.
  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and adjust advertising campaigns. Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV) with analytics and attribution tools. Share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Experimentation: Test new channels, creative approaches, and messaging to find growth opportunities and improve results over time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to coordinate acquisition efforts with product launches, new features, and seasonal campaigns.
