Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead initiatives focused on cultivating strategic partnerships that foster sales conversations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, securing, and managing partnerships that align with Coinflow’s strategic goals while overseeing deals from inception to closure. This position offers a base salary plus variable compensation, with commissions linked to newly closed opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the complete sales cycle by developing and leveraging strategic partnerships within the fintech sector, traditional banking, and cryptocurrency institutions, from initial outreach to deal closure.
Create new revenue streams by nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders across fintech, banking, and crypto ecosystems.
Design and implement partner-centric sales strategies that connect traditional finance with Web3, crafting innovative payment solutions and opportunities for mutual growth.
Manage the entire sales process through multi-ecosystem partnerships, including pipeline development, deal structuring, and revenue optimization across fintech, banking, and crypto channels.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new partnership and sales opportunities in the fintech, banking, and crypto sectors.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to expedite deal closure and revenue enhancement.
Establish and maintain scalable processes for managing multiple partnership channels and sales pipelines effectively.
