In your role as a Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities by fostering relationships with potential clients. You will be instrumental in generating leads through marketing initiatives and achieving sales targets. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent after-sales service will be key to your success. Your efforts will directly contribute to the long-term growth of dubizzle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively managing client expectations to ensure an exceptional dubizzle experience.
- Consistently achieving monthly targets for renewals and acquisitions.
- Developing expertise in the Egyptian Real Estate market by integrating on-ground insights with dubizzle's extensive data.
- Expanding our market share by introducing our products to new customers.
- Coordinating meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhancing client satisfaction through dedicated account management.
- Regularly updating sales activity reports on the dashboard.
- Collaborating with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing departments regarding sales and client matters.
- Gathering market insights and staying informed about legal developments and local news.
