- Liaise with partners to facilitate quick resolutions, minimizing customer involvement in complex issues to optimize satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough investigations that influence customer and partner relationships, providing timely updates through phone and email communication.
- Maintain precise records in SAP, ensuring high attention to detail and compliance with KBase protocols.
