In this pivotal role, you will oversee critical Ads T&S workstreams from inception to execution, collaborating closely with Product, Policy, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams to design scalable enforcement processes, strengthen detection mechanisms, and ensure safe support for Ads and monetization at scale.You will navigate the intersection of strategy and execution—translating ambiguity into structured programs, identifying operational risks, and driving measurable improvements across systems and workflows.This position requires an individual who is highly operational, excels at execution, and is comfortable providing clarity in uncertain situations.
